Jordan King MA LMHC CCTP
Jordan King has his Masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a focus in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. He believes that it is very courageous for clients to take the necessary steps to better their health, especially their mental health. He is committed to working with clients to reach their goals, experience healing, and learn coping skills so that they can be the best versions of themselves. Jordan has completed further training to be a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and currently completing training hours in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern, he has been working in this field for over 7 years and has experience working with marriages, families, adults, adolescents, and children. He currently specifically works with kids, male adolescents, college age men, adult men, families and couples.

He believes that our thoughts will eventually determine our behaviors. He uses cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, motivational interviewing, and family systems theory among other theories to help clients succeed in their initial reasoning for wanting therapy. As your therapist he will discuss with you and figure out what works best for you.

Bringing two people together is no easy task, there is no shame in having a middle man to help get you all on the same page. Whether it is communication, parenting, intimacy or finances, we are hre to help!
Family Therapy
Healthy families are essential to a well functioning home, community, nation and world. If families can learn to work together and resolve conflicts and trauma, the better they will be.
Play Therapy
Working with kids is a huge passion of mine, helping your child grow and develop healthy is my main goal. Emotional issues, communication, school issues and more are all commonly worked on.
